Forster Natural Cocoa Powder is obtained from pressing cocoa liquor, which results in a compact mass of solids containing a low percentage of cocoa butter. Obtained mass of solids then ground into small pieces. Our product is made from cocoa seeds that have a natural cocoa smell.
